​With over seven years of recruitment experience spanning sectors like medical, not-for-profit, and tech, Erin has a passion for recruitment support, process improvement and mentorship. Her experience includes providing administrative and credentialing support for local and international medical graduates and managing recruitment desks for both permanent and locum needs.

At Charterhouse Medical, Erin leads Recruitment Operations and the Candidate Management team, overseeing daily operations, compliance, and process improvements, all while focusing on efficiency and high service standards for candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Erin’s approach is shaped by a consultative, problem-solving mindset. Known for breaking down barriers and creating personalised solutions, she is driven by authenticity and transparency, constantly learning, adapting, and leading with compassion and curiosity.

Outside of work, Erin can be found tackling her latest creative project, snuggling with her cats, or scaling an indoor rock wall.
