Overview:

Charterhouse Medical are currently looking for a Locum Rural Medical Practitioner (FRACGP/FARRM) for an upcoming locum assignment as per below:

Level: Rural Medical Practitioner (FRACGP/FARRM) 

Area: Emergency/Rural Medicine 

Location: Darwin Correctional Centre 

Rate: $2000/day 

Roster: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
 
Date Range: 31 March 2025 ongoing

Clinic hours are from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On call - a Nurse on call responds to any call outs and contacts the onsite RMP if advised by the DMO oncall 
Please note public holidays are not paid as Health Centre is closed.  Primary Heath Care Nurses and Aboriginal Health Practitioners are the first respondents on-call.

IMPORTANT:  Minimum 3 weeks placements will only be considered.  This results in a positive outcome for the locum

Selection Criteria:

To be considered for this position, applicant must have General Registration with AHPRA.
